On Time Exteriors SMS program

Effective October 28, 2026. This messaging program is operated by On Time Exteriors LLC, operating as On Time Exteriors. If you choose non-marketing texts, we may send messages about your requested roof quote, inspection scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, and customer support. If you separately choose marketing texts, we may send special offers and promotions for our roofing and exterior services.

Your consent is optional

Consent boxes are not preselected. You may choose either category, both, or neither. SMS consent is not required to request a quote, submit a form, or purchase services. You authorize texts only for the categories you select at the number you provide. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS.

Frequency, rates and delivery

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, project activity, and chosen categories. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any program message to cancel SMS messages at any time. We may send a final opt-out confirmation; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, submit a new opt-in. Reply HELP for assistance, email hello@ontimeexteriors.com, or call 260-234-3055. Tell us if you change or relinquish your phone number.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for information collection, use, retention, and SMS consent protections. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to the On Time Exteriors LLC SMS program. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older and are the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number provided.
